Burlington, Mass. – Jan. 29, 2015 – Dimensional Insight, a developer of business intelligence (BI) solutions for complex and highly regulated industries, announced today that it has been named the 2014 “Best in KLAS” vendor for business intelligence and analytics by KLAS Research. This is the fourth year that Dimensional Insight has earned this award.
Dimensional Insight received a final score of 90.9 in the 2014 “Best in KLAS: Software & Services” report. This score was significantly higher than the overall software average score of 78.33 and the BI/analytics category average of 79.80. Overall performance scores for the BI/Analytics category showed healthcare users putting an increased emphasis on the value of analytics. Vendors able to live up to the “analytics” claim by demonstrating measurable value for their clients outperformed vendors with deeper specializations in data visualization.
“Our consistent high performance in KLAS reports is directly tied to our deep knowledge of the business of healthcare,” explains Andrew Boyd, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Dimensional Insight. “Health systems need to partner with someone that understands the complexities of their data sources and business rules and can help guide them on their journey of which KPIs to measure and analyze that will uncover opportunities for improvement. We do this better and faster than any vendor in healthcare, and our scores back this up.”
Dimensional Insight recently launched its business rules and BI content offering, HealthcareAware™, as a framework-based approach to help hospitals and health systems succeed faster with their BI initiatives. HealthcareAware™ is built on Dimensional Insight’s Best in KLAS business intelligence platform, The Diver Solution™, and incorporates data integration, data validation, a business rules engine, and packaged user-ready dashboards and views under a single solution set.
