Vivify Health featured in debut of Intelligent Medical Home at HIMSS 2014 Conference: Vivify Health, Inc. has been selected to showcase their Remote Care Management Platform in the new Intelligent Medical Home (IM Home) within the Intelligent Hospital Pavilion at the HIMSS14 Conference in Orlando, FL scheduled for February 23-27.
